You can check your benefits through Headway. Headway is a third party entity that verifies insurance status and benefits, files billing claims, and collects copays. Established clients may self-schedule through Headway’s client portal.

If you have a plan that allows you to use out-of-network benefits, we can assist you with getting reimbursed by your insurance company. You are responsible for payment upon receipt of your invoice, regardless of insurance reimbursement status.

While we would love to be in-network with every insurance plan, it is not possible.

Clients who wish to pay out-of-pocket will be sent an invoice via email through Square.

Sliding-scale fees are available based on eligibility.
